A new OnRamps course is being offered next year! Arts and Entertainment Technologies is a course where you can
earn college credit by learning about digital media technologies, software, and applications. You will learn about the
underlying technology involved in the visual, musical, and performing arts, and how they affect society. How does a
camera auto-focus? How are 3d images inserted into movies? What exactly is mp3 compression? How do moving lights
work? These questions and more will be answered. Talk to Mr. Holmes or your counselor if you would like to take this
exciting new class!
