Ok Stratford!!  In case you might not have heard.  In our 2nd annual food drive competition with memorial high school the final count was 8705 and Stratford we donated 17,555.  Thanks to all who contributed!!

The girls and boys cross country teams competed in the district championship races last Thursday. The girls Varsity team won the District Title, placing five girls in the top eight: Grace Custer-1st place /Fay Gibb-4th place /Jana Mahlich-5th /Hope Sage-8th / Ella Gibb-9th / Irlanda Crowley-25th and Georgia Letchford-33rd. The boys varsity team also won the District Championship with the top finishers: Tyler Egger-2nd / Emanuel Galdino- 5th /Nate Learussa – 7th /Mitchell Harper-16th /Kamal Jalal-20th /Sam Hinojosa-35th. The Girls subvarsity team also captured their own district championship team title with the following top places: Olivia Hirst-1st /Marlene Soto-2nd /Calista Kumar- 8th /Brook Luna – 14th. Top finishers for the Boys SubVarsity 4th place team were: Carson Gentil-2nd and Caleb Oliphant-18th. The freshman boys team placed 3rd with top finishers of: Andrew Urista- 2nd / Zach Tobin-11th / Matt Gaiser -12th.

Please check back with the lost and found in the book room if you have recently lost items, even if your item was not here the day you lost it. There are a lot of water bottles, shoes and bags still to be claimed. House keys, car keys, jewelry and phones lost in September and August are waiting to be claimed.

Project Nice will be meeting this Wednesday, October 17th after school in Room 108. We will be working on two projects this meeting, so please bring some post-it notes and a bag of Halloween candy. See you Wednesday!

Students, Faculty and Staff – please remember to move your cars from the South Parking lot each day before 3:30. Move it or lose it!
